  • What is the turnaround time?
    Once your order is placed, we will notify you and your order will be returned within 24-48 hours with the exception of weekends and holidays
  • How do I make payment?
    When you create an account in the app or online, your payment details are stored securely online with our credit card processor. Your card on file will be charged before delivery. You are able to view your receipt in your app or in your web portal. To view our full price list please visit the pricing section of this website or call/text us at 709-579-5696 with any questions.
  • How do you know what is in my order?
    You do not need to let us know what is in your order unless you have special requests, instructions or alteration information. When we process your order we make an itemized account of your entire order for any items other than the Laundry Bags.
  • How do I make special requests for my order or use your alterations service?
    If you have any special requests or alterations, please include details in your order in the app or in the notes section online. Please place all alterations in the Blue Tote Bag.
  • What is the Pure VIP Bag Kit?
    You will receive a Deluxe Laundry Locker's bag kit free of charge with your first order. The Pure VIP Bags protect your garments and keeps them in pristine condition. Use this bag with every order. ($10 replacement fee applies).
